Office 2003 License

Is there a way to legally transfer an Office 2003 license
from one PC to another? I have it on my current laptop
but am getting a new one. My current laptop is going to
a technician who does not need Office 2003.

If it is a retail license yes - if it is an OEM license (came preinstalled
with the PC), then read the End User License Agreement (EULA) most OEM
products are not transferable to a new machine.

So if "yes" (from above) then just remove it from your old machine and
install to the new one.
