Office 2003 Menu Alignment under XP Tablet edition

The menus in my office programs align to the right, i.e. the right hand side
of the "File" menu aligns with the end of the word "File" on the menu bar,
the menu expands to the left. How do I set it so that the menus behave like
all the other menus on my machine, i.e. aligned to the left, the left side of
the menu aligns with the start of the word "File" on the menu bar, and the
menu expands to the right ?
