Office 2003 needs to be reinstalled constantly to keep working

My MS Office 2003 has to be reinstalled after almost every reboot in order
for it to keep functioning. It is a real time waster.

I have licensed Windows XP Home SP2 and Microsoft Office Basic Edition 2003
SP2.

Please help.

reinstall each time, then someone can offer a suggestion. If you
