Office 2003 on Terminal Server

Hi,
I want to run Office 2003 on Windows 2003 server with Terminal Services. The
software installs without problems but, when running from an RDP session, in
all applications the menu bar shows a faint but distinct color-banding rather
than a uniform grey. Is there any way round this so that users are presented
with an interface as similar as possible to running it locally ?
