Office 2003 on Vista computer.

Everytime I try to in stall Office 2003 on this computer I get the following
error<ERROR 1606. COULD NOT ACCESS NETWORK LOCATION %APPDATA%\. Can anyone
tell what could be causing this and how to alleviate it?
