I recently reinstalled my computer from scratch (WinXP Pro system) and
installed Office 2003. When I would click on the Open Office Document
shortcut in the Start Menu, I was able to highlight a Word and Excel
document and have both of them open at the same time. Now one of the
documents opens, while the other generates the following error message:
The program associated with the selected template cannot be started, or the
program cannot use the selected template.
I've done a repair on Office and even uninstalled and reinstalled it to no
avail. Does anyone know of a solution for this? TIA.
