Office 2003 - Outlook - Can't select contacts as e-maill address

I have installed Office 2003 Standard and imported all my
my mail and contacts from saved files. I have followed
the MS Assistance route to identify Contacts as an
address book but it is not a visible option. Does any one
have any ideas please?
