I've just installed Office 2003 as an upgrade to Office 2000. Everytime I
open Picture Manager, the program stops responding and hangs. Cannot end
the program by contol/alt/del or by using the Office Application Recovery
tool. Just have to do a hard re-boot. Any suggestions as to where I can
start troubleshooting please.
