Office 2003 Pro Failed Installation...

I am working with Office 2003 Pro. I have run it successfully on this
machine in the past. Now I rebuilt the computer, and the only thing I can
think of is it is now running Windows XP Professional with Service Pack 2 on
it. It goes thru the setup and then states...

A required installation file CD5612401.CAB could not be found.

Any ideas?
