office 2003 product key doesn't work

I recently purchased office 2003 through the home use program. I was shipped
from microsoft. When installing the software, i type in the cd key, but it
says it's not valid.

Any ideas?

If your computer has a free trial of Office 2003 already
installed on it, then you need to uninstall the free trial
software before you install your purchased software. See
