Yes, it was helpful to the extent that I have a lead to go on.
Yesterday I had already uninstalled the pesky Hewlett-Packard's
Share-to-Web software which I did not realize was so problematic. (It
complicated the on-line experience as it ran on the ADMIN account while I was
in the Limited Account.)
Today I read your link to the RESOLUTION at security update MS06-015. What
is not clear is whether I should just perform the Registry hack or uninstall
the SmartCard Reader update.
So is the problem with Share to Web or with security update MS06-015?
The PC is not in my house.
