Hi: I recently updated our computers (5 of them) at work with Office 2003.
Everything is perfect on 4 of them. One of them that uses an HP Deskjet
(5150) will only print pages back to front, regardless of the settings
chosen in the printer setup. It seems that Office is overriding the printer
settings. This was not happening with Office 2000 that was installed before
on that computer. I have reset everything countless times and re-installed
the printer as well. Any suggestions appreciated to fix this. The user
prints numerous multi-page docs that require the first page to be letterhead
and the rest not, so this is a problem as the individual docs are all
comprised of different numbers of pages.
System uses Windows XP Pro, Office 2003 and the problem is throughout all
office progs. There are not any other progs installed that I can test to see
if it happens on a non-microsoft program. TIA
