Office 2003 "Read-Only" Error Message

I am trying to locate the hotfix file for error described
in Microsoft Knowledge Base Article 824424. Specifically
Nwrdr.sys Version 5.1.2600.1248 Date 16-Jul-2003. This
is supposed to correct an error message received when
trying to save a file to a Novell Netware network
location.

You have to call Microsoft. As the article says, "To resolve this problem
immediately, contact Microsoft Product Support Services to obtain the fix.

Hotfixes are free.
