Office 2003 reinstallation

I recently completed construction of a new computer and am using Windows 7.
I reinstalled Office 2003. All programs work fine except that I am requested
to accept the "Microsoft end user license agreement" each time the programs
start. Under Help, the software confirms that it has been activated. Any
suggestions to elimate this annoying problem?

Try navigating to the EXE files themselves and open the program (double
click the EXE). If this solves the trouble, crerate new shortcuts and put
them on the Desktop and Quick Launch bar to replace the shortcuts that are
there now.
