Office 2003 Reply with changes button

I have just upgraded to office 2003 and noticed it had a really useful feature.
I receive word documents as attachments to my outlook which sometimes need
altering and the correct version sent back to the person who sent it to me.
I noticed on either Word or Outlook that there was a reply with changes
button once this document was opened which is really handy.
The only problem is that I cannot seem to find it again, can anyone help me?
This will just save time me having to save the changed document and
re-attaching it to a reply.

Tools, Options, Preferences, E-mail Options, Advanced e-mail options,
put a check in "Add properties to attachments.........." (bottom of panel)
