We operate Citrix under Terminal services. All our clients work in a remote
desktop, when a file is in use it is shown as locked but not by the person
who is actually using the file, this makes it tricky to find out who is
working on the document and causes problems.
The Terminal server has Office 2003 installed and the name is Administrator.
How can we enable the system to display who actually has file handles open on
the document and not the registered user of Office on the terminal server.
This would be so helpful if anyone can provide an answer.
