Office 2003 SBE with BCM on VISTA SEND Button Missing

Odd problem, the SEND button is missing from the tool bar.
New PC with Vista Home Premium. Has a trial version of Office 2007 onboard,
not activated. I want to use my MS Office 2003. Download seemed to go ok.
All available updates downloaded. Can't email documents directly from Word,
Excel or Powerpoint or Publisher.

Any ideas??

One more thing, in addition to the missing SEND button, whenever I open
address book I get a popup window, "Microsoft Office Word
A dialog box is open in Outlook. Close the dialog box and try again." There
is no Outlook dialog box open, however, and I cannot get past this popup. I
have never used Outlook, I always use Outlook Express.
