I am trying to install 'Microsoft Office Service Pack 1', but it keeps on
coming up as "unsuccessful". It previoulsy wasn't a problem, but now I am
getting "MAPI critical error" and certain parts of Excel are not functioning
properly. The service pack was downloaded OK and I am not trying to install
anything else at the same time.
