Office 2003 Service Pack 2 Installation Failure Error Code: 0x530

I tried to download Office 2003 Service Pack 2 and I get an Installation
Failure Error Code: 0x530. What does that mean?

Error code 0x530 – appears to relate to the Windows Installer - For more

The KB article gives you too options to update the Windows installer or to
download the full Office SP2 package. Downloading the full update (the link
below) worked for me.
