office 2003 service pack 2 won't install

Get message installation unsuccessfull Tried to install several times.
Machine had Office 2003 standard edition and was then upgraded to 2003
professional edition. Does not ever ask for disks just says installation
unsuccessful

You'd need to go into one of your office apps and go to Help > Detect and
Repair. Then you need to download a file from here

Go to the bottom of the page and you'll see it listed:
Office2003SP2-KB887616-FullFile-ENU.exe
