Office 2003 Service Pack 3 Removal

I recently installed Service Pack 3 for Office 2003 and now I am having some
problems with Access application. I would like to remove Service Pack 3 but
I see that it cannot be uninstalled. I have uninstalled Office, rebooted the
PC, deleted the Microsoft Office folders and reinstalled Office 2003. I
still have the same problems with Access. Are there other files that can be
removed from other folders or registry entries that can be removed to correct
this?

Quick question, after applying Office 2003 SP3, did you apply:

Other than that, you would have to completely remove all Office 2003
productivity applications (Office, Frontpage, Visio, .etc). Check to make
sure that the local installation source folder (e.g. C:\MSOCache) is removed
from the system. Once that is done, reinstall Office 2003 + SP2 + security
fixes.
