Office 2003 Service Pack 3

We have just installed Office 2007 on our computer. We uninstalled Office
2003 before installing 2007 and now the Updates say that Office 2003 Service
Pack 3 needs to be installed.
Do we have to install it as we are not running Office 2003 now.
