Office 2003 Setup failure

When trying to install Office 2003 I installation fails with an error code

Chained install return code: 1073807364

The installation was attempted on a Windows XP Professional machine.

Inserted below is the last few lines from the verbose log.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks

This is interesting, but not very helpful to anyone except me! I've just
realized why my log files don't mirror many of the log files posted on
here, it's because I use an "Administrative Installation Point" and them
kind of installs don't use the OSE! That's why mine have always been
perfect. This OSE thing may have issues of it's own I've never come
across, such as CAB extraction...

Hmm, the big bad world of the Local Installation Source (cache) and so on...
