OFFICE 2003 SETUP pause at wizard page

When try to install the office 2003 professional on windows xp.
the preparing office professional installation wizard scren appear after
that nothing happen.

Wiat for 20 mins still nothing happen. adn restart the pc few time still
stop at the wizard screen.

The xp is sp2.

please help
