Office 2003 Shortcut bar

I understand that MS has discontinued the shortcut bar with Off2003, and,
also understand that you CAN load the part of Office XP that will put it
back on.

I don't have a problem putting the icons in the Quick Launch Toolbar
instead, but, wonder two things:

1. Can this be automatically done as part of the installation?

2. Will it take affect for ALL new profiles on the machine?
