Office 2003 SP2 Installation Failure

I downloaded Office2003SP2-KB887616-FullFile-ENU.exe (that is the full SP2
download package). Installation fails and give me this error message:
"The expected version of the product was not found on your system".
I run Window XP Home Edition, SP2 installed, and Office 2003, SP1 installed.
Each is current with all updates.
Can anyone help me?

Joe:

I believe I saw another user on this forum with the same problem. Go to
Add/Remove programs, if you see Office Web Components installed, try
uninstalling them and then try installing SP2 again.
