I tried to install Office SP2 on some of our computers, and each computer
gives a message that it can't be installed. The same message comes when I
want to add the formula-editor from CD to the computer, because this editor
is not installed.
We bought the IBM-computers (15) with Office 2003 SP1 installed. Might it be
the problem that Office was preinstalled with the OPK (I don't know the
deliverer installed the software)?
What is the reason of this problem and how can I circumvent it?
(I have Office-CDs for each computer and the Preintstallation kit-CD)
