Hello, I am having Office applicatation errors on my terminal/citrix servers
after installing Office 2003 SP3. The print spooler goes off into
never-never land from time to time on my servers and it is driving me crazy!
I have read several write-ups and none of the fixes have helped for any
extended period. I have tried deleting all of the Normal.dot files off of
the terminal servers and my profile server and this appeard to work for about
two days.
Then I tried doing a repair on the Office product on each server, fixed the
problem for a day or so.
Lately I have been deleting the user profiles off of the terimal servers,
and again this is having limited success.
I have just recently started stopping the Citrix print spooler and Windows
print spooler on the server that is going into never-never land and then
restarting the services. This appears to work but eventually the server
needs to be "fixed" again.
Is this problem as wide spread as I suspect it to be and is there a fix
someone can sugest?
