Office 2003 SP3 -- Can it be uninstalled?

I noticed Office 2003 SP3 is out now.

... After installing, can it be uninstalled if there are problems?

Office 2003 SP3 cannot be uninstalled. If there's a problem, remove Office 2003 in its
entirety and reinstall.

Correct, SP3 for Office 2003 was released today. Addressing your question,
Office Service Packs are not uninstallable.
