Office 2003 SP3 Update Does Not Install

I have Office 2003 and Automatic Upload has downloded SP1 onto my PC.
However when I try to install SP1 it fails. I get the following Error Code:
0x919.
I have Window XP Home Edition.

Please can someone help?

My apologies..
The subject title should have read "Office 2003 SP1 Update Does Not
Install". By the way of additional information, I also have Windows XP SP2
installed.

Again any help would be most appreciated..
