Read somewhere that SP3 might finally fix the labels screen flickering.
Anyone verify this yet ? My processor is fast enough that I did not notice
it that much, but did notice it greatly on a slower video card and older
processor I use to have....

Yes, it does fix something along those lines.

The screen flickers when you move the mouse pointer over the label of
a tab control http://support.microsoft.com/kb/938792/ There are a few
more fixes at the URL.
