Office 2003 standard bar

Hello,

I use Office 2003. I noticed lately that the Tools option disapeared from
the Standard Toolbar. I also noticed that the News option gone. I tried to
go through the 'customize/Go' option and add the News option but I realized
that the News selection was gone.

Any ideas ?
