Office 2003 Standard can't uninstall

I installed Office 2007 Pro and the Office diagnostics said I have 2 versions
installed and to delete one. When I try to uninstall Office 2003 I get a
message that the installation source is not available. Now what? Does this
mean I need the CD to uninstall?

I don't believe Office 2007 Diagnostics is telling you to uninstall
Office 2003. What does it actually say?
