office 2003 standard shortcut bar

I upgraded from office xp standard to office 2003 standard is there a way
that I get the shortcut bar back?

The Office Shortcut Bar is not included in Office 2003. See
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=822573 for suggested
workarounds, one of which is to custom-install the OSB feature
from Office XP.
