Office 2003 Studant and Teacher Edition

Do I need to UNINSTALL my Office XP Pro before INSTALLING my new Office 2003 or can I run the new 2003 right over the XP Pro Edition. I really don't want to loose my existing XP Outlook contacts and files.

No you do not
When you start the installation, type in your product
code and click next and accept the TAC it will come up
with upgrade, click that and it should keep all your
contacts and files
