Hi,
I am working on a PC for a customer. It's a long story as to how we got
to this point but the above product no longer installs.
When I first got the computer it was giving the error 'patch package could
not be opened...' when I tried to deinstall or repair. I used the Windows
Installer Cleanup utility to remove the product but now I can't install.
Setup dies soon after I enter the product key.
I saw some other questions regarding install issues and ran the msiexec to
see the logs. The exact command was "msiexec /i F:\STD11N.MSI /L*V
c:\testing.txt". It output lots of output but the following is a small exerpt:
