Just wondering before we order a single user licence for
Office 2003 Pro, whether there are any known issues with
using Office 2003 through Terminal Server 2000.
We currently run a Enterprise Edition of Office Xp Pro
through Terminal Services.

Hi D.,

Support for use on Terminal Services/Server in
Office 2003 is available in all editions.
This article has the basics and links to both
Office Technet and Office Resource Kit articles
on using Office 2003 on Terminal Server.
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;828955&FR=1
(For Office XP only the Enterprise Edition supported
Terminal Services.)

Haven't seen too many reports of installation issues
that appear to be unique to Terminal Services.

Two things.

1. Your 2000TS must be running at least 2000 SP3 to run
Office System 2003.

2. You need more than one Office System 2003 license on
Terminal Server. You can license per user, or per device,
but you must purchase as many licenses as the number of
users/devices will be connecting to use the software.
