Office 2003 to 2007 Upgrade

I want to upgrade my Office 2003 installation on my desktop which is the
Student and Teacher Edition plus Publisher 2003 and Outlook 2003 installed as
extras. The desktop runs XP Professional. In addition with the multi user
element I want to install the 2007 on a new laptop running Vista. However I
have mislaid the 2003 STE Office disks so do I need to acquire the 2007
Standard version as new or can I use the Upgrade version without the 2003
base disks. I do ay least know the keys.

You would need the 2003 CD if the time came to reinstall from scratch,
plan accordingly. The key is immaterial.
