I just started working with my new computer and a
Microsoft Office 2003 Trial window keeps coming up. I
can't deactivate it. So I try to install the trial which
is for 60 days. At a point in the process I put the
product key information in but in the next page or two it
tells me I'm unsuccessful. I went back to the Microsoft
Website for a new Product Key but when I return to the
Office 2003 Microsoft Word screen it won't let me put in
the new Product Key. I'm trapped in the system with no
way out. Seems fairly unreasonable to me. Can anyone
help? How do you stop this trial message? My only other
option is to install the full product and forget the
trial. Help!
