Office 2003 trial after clean install

I restored my XP computer to factory settings, installed Office 2007 Pro but
forgot to uninstall the OEM 60-day trial version of Office 2003 first. The
2003 version does not show up in Add/Remove Programs but it does appear in
the Start>All Programs list. How do I eliminate all traces of 2003 version?

If in explorer does Program Files\Microsoft Office\ does an Office11 folder
exist?

If so I think you might be advised to recover to factory settings again,
allow winupdate to run, then unistall Office 2003 together with any
Activation Assistant, reboot, check 2003 has been removed prior to
installing 2007

There is just 12, no 11.

Presumably you tested the shortcuts in your all programs list and nothing
happens or a search window opens.
If so rt click the shortcuts and delete
