office 2003 trial download

i recently downloaded office 2003 60 day free trial. the trial downloads but
when i click on the file to complete the registration i get an error message
"C:\Documents and Settings\My Documents\OfficeSTD.exe is not a valid win32
application."

Can anyone advise what my problem is?

Usually a corrupt download. Redownload and try again. Before doing so, I
suggest you empty your temporary internet cache by using disk cleanup.

suggest you empty your temporary internet cache by using disk cleanup.
