Office 2003 Trial Version?

You can't create a 2003 pst file type and have it read in Outlook 2002.
Only ansi .pst files can be read by versions prior to 2003. 2003 gives you
the option to use a unicode .pst file (theoretical size limit 32 terabytes)
or the traditional ansi .pst file with a 2 gig limit.

To create a new .pst file:

File->New->Outlook Data file. Select the 97-2002 file type. Drag and drop
your items from the 2003 .pst file to the new one you created.

|| You can install two versions of office, the earliest first.
|| There are practical issues e.g. shortcuts - to the correct version?
|| - etc You can also only install a single version of OL.
|| Be aware also the OL2003 pst format is not backwards compatible,
|| though you can create a pst in earlier version format.
||
|| ||| I am currently running Office XP and would like to try Microsoft's

||| it is it easy to revert back to XP or would it require a complete
||| re- install?
