office 2003 uninstall

[Lost speech recognition in office 2003]

My last post concerned my speech recognition recently quit working in Office
Pro 2003. I uninstalled and reinstalled it 3 times to no avail. I know that
most programs do not completely uninstall, and there-fore I'm asking for
assistance in getting rid of everything short of re-fomatting the hard drive.
I still have old data like envelope addresses and my name showing up with a
new install, so I know there is old data lurking around. Perhaps this could
be some of the problem as to why my speech recognition doesn't work anymore.
