office 2003 update disk

I am trying to install the Office XP SP3 update. After answering yes to "Do
you access to your product CD's", I downloaded the update and was asked to
insert the Office XP Professional Disk.
I purchased my computer from Dell with Office XP Professional already
installed, but I was supplied with an Office Basic Edition 2003.

The Office Basic Edition disk does not have Proret.msi.

I tried the download by answering no I don't have access to the product CD
and I still get prompted to install the Office XP Professional disk.

How do I install the updates without removing Office XP Professional?

Are you sure you're trying to update to Office 2003 SP3? There is no such
thing, they're currently at SP1 which can be downloaded from

The title reads Office 2003 though. Office XP SP3 can be download from
