Office 2003 Update Not working

Hey

I ran the office update from the site a few times now. There are 2 updates
there showing for Office 2003. I check them off, agree to the terms, it
downloads them both, but when they try to install, i get the following:

Installation Unsuccessful
Office 2003 Critical Update: KB828041
Outlook 2003 Junk email filder update

Any reason why, or tips to correct this?

Brett,

I got the same thing when I attempted the update. I downloaded the patch
file for KB828041 separately and ran the patch from my hard disk and this
worked. I have not tried this for the Junk email filter yet. I just
downloaded it and will try it again tonight when I get home.
