Office 2003 Upgrade

When you buy Office 2003 upgrade and go to install it, (if you do not have a
previous verison installed on the machine but you have a previous verison)
can you install it, will it aks for the CD of previous verison?

Yes. You either need to have a qualifying product installed, or you need to
have the media for a qualifying product. Microsoft says:

• An upgrade version that does require that a qualifying product be
installed on your computer or that the installation media from the
qualifying product be available when you run the Setup program.

Yes it will. Just start the installation and when it asks for a previous version just put in your previous Office CD. Follow the prompts
