Office 2003 wizards installation

Someone else installed my copy of Office 2003, and he chose the "Complete"
installation (which does not include all the components). I need those
wizards, so I did a complete re-install and it worked fine. But (probably not
through the fault of Office setup) I found that my Windows path somehow got
messed up, the Access phone dialer wouldn't work, Windows Security couldn't
find AVG, etc. So I did a restore operation. Now the Wizards are gone, of
course.

Is it possible to do a complete WIZARD and OTHER COMPONENT installation
without redoing the entire Office install. I'm afraid that a complete
install will mess up some things I've spent a lot of time clearing up.
