Office 2003 Word & Excell opening errors

When I try to open as well as close Word, I get an error
message from Microsoft Visual Basic that reads, "compile
errorin hidden module: Autoexec". When I click "OK", Word
starts up or shuts down.
When I try to open Excel, I get a similar message also in
a Microsoft Visual Basic window that reads, "Compile
error in hidden module: AutoExecNew" When I go to shut
down Excel the message changes slightly to, "Compile
error in hidden module: DistMon
Does anyone have an idea of how to stop these messages?

Thanks for the help, however, word/excel 2003 reg is different that the ones listed in
you prior link. 2000, 2002 are listed however nothing for 2003

Seems that a few folk are having the same problem

Maybe I should just reinstall
