My new laptop came with trial run of office 2003. While
the trial run was in effect, I also installed XP office
pro 2002. It appears since then that I have had problems
with the office word program - regardless of which office
version I used. I subsequently, uninstalled both office
versions and bought office 2003 for students and
teachers. All programs for this version work except
word. It is the same problem as the one I had before -
the window stating that Microsoft has encountered a
problem and needed to close. It then asks to either send
or don't send a report while alos asking whether or not
to recover the document. I need some guidance please on
how to resolve this problem
