office 2003 / xp professional

I have xp proffessional and also office 2003 and sql server 2003 and .net 2003
Can I install office xp proffessional over office 2003 and still get
everything to work.
I have problem withoffice 2003 and my cd i unfortunatly not working ( a
scratch).

Hi, wants to know,

Office XP will not install "over" Office 2003, because it's an earlier
version. You can install it to a separate directory and run it.
